The night,
tuned to your quiet.
Dozely is a sleep app with two ideas: layered ambient sound — rain, waves, fire, wind, mixed to your taste and playing gently until morning — and slow bedtime stories, read in low voices over your mix. Everything fades. Nothing startles.
Dozely opens soon on iPhone and Android. There is nothing to download today. Leave your email and you will hear the night it opens — before the store listing goes public — with your 7 free nights waiting.
One email, the night it opens. Nothing else, ever — no newsletter, no partners. By joining you agree that ON Group ApS may email you about the Dozely launch. Privacy policy.
We will write once, the night Dozely opens. Sleep well until then.
Two things, layered.
Most sleep apps give you a list to scroll. Dozely gives you a room to sit in.
A mixer, not a playlist
Bring up rain until it is exactly heavy enough. Add a little fire. Take the wind almost all the way down. Your mix is yours, it is saved, and it is there again tomorrow night.
Stories read slowly
Long, unhurried bedtime stories written to go nowhere in particular, read in low voices over the top of your mix. When one ends the sounds simply carry on — you never have to touch anything.
Weather, water, wood, wind.
Every layer is a long, seamless recording — not a four-second loop with an audible seam. Stack as many as you like.
Three taps, then nothing.
Open it in the dark
The screen fades up from black — no white flash, no splash animation, no "rate us". Your mix from last night is already there.
Adjust, or don't
Slide a layer up or down if you feel like it. Pick a story if you want one. Both are optional; the sound alone is a complete night.
Put the phone down
It keeps playing with the screen off and the phone locked. The story ends and fades out. The sounds keep going until morning, or until the timer gently takes them down.
Sleep sounds are free on YouTube. So why pay?
Fair question, and we would rather answer it than dodge it. The content is not the reason. These are.
No browser tab that stops when the phone locks or a notification lands.
Nothing loud interrupts at 3am. That alone is the difference between rest and a jolt.
Download everything. Flights, hotels, a house with bad reception — it does not care.
A video is one fixed blend forever. Dozely is your blend, saved.
Audio eases down over minutes instead of cutting dead mid-sentence.
Deep muted colours, large soft type, slow motion, nothing that startles.
One price. That is the whole menu.
A single yearly subscription unlocks everything — every sound, every story, offline downloads, all of it. There is no second tier to upgrade to and nothing is held back.
Things people ask.
When does it actually launch?
We are not going to give you a date we might miss. It is in development and goes to the App Store and Google Play when it is genuinely ready. If you are on the list you hear the night it opens, before the store listing is public.
What will you do with my email address?
Write to you once, when Dozely launches. That is the entire plan. No newsletter, no partners, no selling it on. Details are in the privacy policy.
iPhone or Android?
Both, at the same time. One codebase, two stores.
Do I have to make an account?
You will need one to keep your mix and downloads across devices and to carry your subscription. It is an email and a password, nothing more, and you can delete it and everything attached to it from inside the app.
Will it drain my battery all night?
It plays audio with the screen off, which is the cheapest thing a phone can do. Downloaded content means no network either. Leave it on the charger if you like, but you should not need to.
Who is behind it?
Dozely is made by ON Group ApS, a small software company registered in Denmark. Stories, narration, sound and code are all produced in house.
